HERO TESTING FAQ's

Frequently asked questions about Hero Teting.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. Sales are final for no-show appointments or examinees who fail to reschedule or cancel within the 24 hour period prior to the exam, resulting in a no tolerance policy of 0% refunds. No refunds are given for any examinee who fails to show up to the test without 24 hours notice and who fails to reschedule 24 hours prior to the exam.

Can you meet me at my place of employment for the exam?

Yes and No. Technically, ServSafe requires that the exam be given in an environment that is conducive for test taking, meaning it must be relatively quiet. If you have an area that is reasonably quiet and conducive to taking a test then we can figure out a way to make it happen. Contact us for more details and to confirm your test location.

How fast will I know my grade?

Your exam will be graded immediately upon completion. Your certificate of completion will be ready to download via your ServSafe account within 24hrs after the exam.
